4j32低膨胀因瓦合金钢板工艺

Super Invar 32-5 是一种磁性奥氏体固溶体合金,含有 32% 的镍、5% 的钴和其余的铁。它的设计目的是在室温下提供最小的热膨胀(因瓦合金的一半)。

低热膨胀系数 (CTE) 是所有 Invar 类型,尤其是 Super Invar 的最重要特性。超级因瓦的 CTE 约为普通因瓦的 CTE 的三分之一,经过特定热处理后几乎为零。

当在 67/67°F (-203/55°C) 的温度范围内使用时,这种合金还表现出奥氏体在至少 -95°F (-<>°F) 的使用温度下的稳定性,其热膨胀性能优于因瓦合金。Super Invar 在此温度范围内的最小膨胀使这种合金可用于许多应用,包括需要精确测量的仪器系统中的结构部件和基板。
