GH4033高温合金的流动应力行为是通过在1 223–1 473 K温度和0.6总应变和0.001–30.0 s−1的应变速率下热压缩试验确定的。基于动态材料模型(DMM)的加工图结合相应的微观结构观测结果表明,在0.1–1.0 s−1的应变速率和1 273–1 423 K的变形温度下,加工域的合理定位。同时,基于有限元模型(FEM)的数值模拟描述了核心节点有效应变、有效应变率和温度的变化,并揭示了初始温度(T0)范围为1 223–1 473 K和初立咬合速度(v0)范围为0.15–0.35 m·s−1的热轧参数的影响。此外,通过耦合三维(3-D)加工图,描述和分析了GH4033高温合金在圆棒热连轧(HCR)工艺中的变形稳定性,并通过数值模拟温度、应变和应变率确定了空间轨迹线。最后,结果表明,GH4033的热变形稳定性可以通过位于T0=1 423 K和v0=0.25 m·s−1的轧制工艺参数来实现。此外,采用T0=1 423 K和v0=0.15、0.25、0.35 m·s−1的HCR工艺,通过对最终产品的显微组织观察,验证了热轧参数对热变形稳定性的影响。
